1. Delivery Process

• Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
• Our delivery partner will contact you before making the delivery.

2. Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to redeliver the package up to 3 times.
• If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

3. Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
